Rules and Regulations

Downs Farm RV Park

We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help ensure your safety and your enjoyment while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.

Speed Limit

10 mph. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are playing!

Quiet Time

10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Site Occupancy

Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite.

Children

Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

Alcohol

Alcohol consumption by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Excessive alcohol consumption, unruly behavior, and/or use of profanity is cause for expulsion from the campground without refund.

Parking

Maximum 2 vehicles per site. No vehicles in the campground without being registered online.

Safety After Dark

In order to ensure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. No bike or scooter riding after dark.

Trash

Please place all garbage in designated dumpsters located around the park. Recycle containers for paper, plastic, and aluminum are available at each dumpster site.

Campfires

Campfires are NOT permitted in the park.

Portable Grills

Only gas grills are allowed in the park. Wood or charcoal grills are NOT allowed.

Clotheslines

Not permitted.

Fireworks and Firearms

Prohibited on park property, including BB, Airsoft, and pellet guns.

Pets

Keep on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and do not leave unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Pets are not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, or playground areas. They are prohibited due to health codes. A maximum of 3 pets allowed.

Visitors

Your visitors are always welcome at Downs Farm RV Park, provided they register online. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. Guidelines are presented at the time of registration. All your visitors must leave the campground by 10 p.m.

Recreational Vehicles

No battery-operated vehicles or motor-driven cycles, bikes, scooters, or golf carts are to be driven in the park.

Vehicle Repairs

Repairs of Vehicles and RVs are not permitted in the park. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services.

RV and Vehicle Washing

Not allowed in the park. The front desk staff will be happy to direct you to a nearby washing facility.

Violation of these Guidelines

Grounds for ejection from the park without refund.

Messages

The park will not take or deliver any messages to or from guests.

Mail Service

Available for guests. Please check with our Manager for more details.

Forms of Payment

We accept all Major Credit Cards, cash, or money orders. Sorry, no checks.

RV & Tent Site Policies

Cancellations

Campsites: We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel EIGHT (8) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than SEVEN (7) days of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
Peak Time: Any reservations made for Peak Time are non-refundable.
No Shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a no show and subject to the same cancellation policies.

Deposits

One night’s rate taken when the reservation is booked.
Peak Time: The full reservation amount must be paid at booking.

Pets

Pets are welcome, but must be kept on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and must not be left unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately.
Pets are not allowed in any Park buildings. They cannot be left outside. Pets are not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, or playground areas. They are prohibited due to health codes.

Other Campground Guidelines

Ground Disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer.
Sewer connections are required by state law and must have a tight seal by a sewer donut (or sewer ring) or a screw-type connector.
